Placed an Amazon order on 9/4/19. Emailed 9/17 since I still did not receive my tires and they claimed pkg was lost and will send out replacement. Still no parts on 10/3, sent another email and am now told they cannot get the part. Bunch of bs the whole time. Worst customer service with no updates. I bought the part directly from the manufacture(Maxxis) today and it is going to arrive in 2 business days!!! Stay away from this place.
Return Emails and answer the phone. Jessca should be fired.
This place sucks theres no way to return items that r wrong u can buy from them but theres no way to get a return address label so u can send items back to them.

awesome, I just got my spoke protector in a day delivered to my door
I ordered two scooter light up wheels 3 days ago. We picked my 8 year old daughters new whechair up 3 days ago and thought her wheels would lite up. They didn't. She was super disappointed and they told us to order this size and they would fit. So. We did. She's cried every day since were got her chair was dreading the next week as she was so upset. . Since I kept telling her it would take a week or two to receive. This was the quickest I've every received Anything Thank you so much!!!!
