The couple running the store right now are knowledge and friendly. The location might be difficult to find (almost exactly behind a different bike shop) but it's worth finding. The proximity to the NFM parking lot makes test rides diverse (some areas rougher than others) and safe (all traffic is parking lot speed). I will purchase at least one of our new e-bikes here.

If I could give this place a zero I really would! So frustrated! So back in April, I took my ebike to this place for a battery. My bike sat for about a month. I called, kept going up there and reach time i went there Steve brother had no clue what i was talking about and he was rude! So I finally went there when Steve was there. He looked at my bike while I was there and said it would cost more to get it fixed than what it's worth. So he convinced me to get another one that cost$700. Terrible..unorganized and unprofessional. Not sure how this place is still operational. There's better places out there, find them and thank me later.
