Bad experience as always. Poor customer service, I've walked in this shop a few times and he acts like you've just distributed his breakfast. Would not give him anymore of my money.
I went there on a weekend and the person selling things was perfect we asked him where the mountain bikes where, he showed us recommended a helmet he picked out the best one he even gave us a discount. 5 stars
David has done a series of major works on my MTB recently and he is an amazing mechanic, and determined to find solutions. He is always friendly and helpful with advice, and keeps to his promised schedule. I highly recommend him.
David gave excellent service. Fixed bike issue on the spot and I was able to ride out of store. Best bike store in the Hunter. Thank you.
