Ryan is a legit legend, went out of his way to help and suggest a bike, ordered and was in the following week. Friendly, knowledgeable and most importantly I found honest, I can't speak highly enough. Thanks again mate.
walk into this shop dressed in my karting gear on way to track..I ask for some bike gloves that have leather on them, Get told go to the motorbike shop down the road to buy those . assumes im there for karting gear, we purchased thousands of dollars worth of bikes from this shop over the years, he didnt take that into account with his assumptions, we will take our money and go elsewhere to the many other bicycle shops that are also on the way in future, left that shop with few words in my mind, they lost a good paying custom... read more
Absolutely fantastic experience at Bike Time! Ryan (owner) is incredibly knowledgeable, and the staff are friendly, and genuinely passionate about cycling. They helped me find the perfect bike for my son and made sure everything was properly fitted and tuned before I left. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned rider, this is the place to go. Highly recommend!
