Went there for the first time today to get new peddles, seat and water bottle bracket for my newly acquired bike and not only was he very busy, he also told me I only required $30 peddles for my bike and not the $70 ones I was holding. So friendly, helpful, and happy, no stress had time for everyone did not try to rip me off with stuff I didn't need. We'll done highly recommend to everyone, no need to go anywhere else in Joondalup. Amazing service from Ryan! My parents bought me a trike. Ryan set it up, added the baby seat for me and included a extension bar for it. Kept me in the loop by phone as it got built. He also delivered the bike to me for no charge! Will definitely be back for the kids next bikes!
Absolutely top service here, I came in close to closing time with no money out of desperation after having some drama with my bike that I had purchased that same day at a different bike store. They fixed my bike up and didn’t even expect me to charge anything!
