Good, helpful, friendly folk!!
First class operation they have there! I called them about getting some tires replaced, they told me just stop by, that they could do it while I waited, and it shouldn't take more than 20 minutes. I took them up on that, and they delivered. They had a nice selection of Cannondale bikes there for sale too, to look over. Definitely will go there for all of my biking needs!
Bike Surgeon is a fantastic bike shop, not only for O’Fallon but the surrounding communities. Mike, Brian, Jon & the rest of their staff are always courteous, helpful & professional. This summer I’ve been in their store numerous times to get my road bike, and my toddler, proper safety gear & maintenance. With every visit we are greeted w/a friendly hello & their expertise. 5 stars isn’t enough! Support local.
