Dropped in without an appointment for (what I thought) was a rear wheel bearing issue on my mountain bike. The technician, Mike, said to bring it around the counter and he'd have a look. Turns out it was something much less complex (bent brake rotor and worn brake pads) and he literally fixed it while I waited! Now I understand this isn't the norm, but I'm very impressed with both the service, price, and professionalism of this shop. Second or third time here and I have no complaints at all.
