great store Really friendly staff that know their stuff. They are also so very helpful. They answered all questions and were knowledgeable. They were recommended by a friend that knows his stuff.

I brought an off brand bicycle up here, that belongs to my 7 year old. Handlebars would not stay tight and I couldn’t figure out where to tighten them. The two men showed me where to tighten them, then tightened them for me. Then they noticed that the front fork had been installed backwards and fixed that. They didn’t charge me a dime. I insisted that they let me buy them lunch but it was not easy to do even that. Such gracious service that was not expected. I will definitely be back here for the next bicycle purchase.
I needed help setting my bike on a stand to ride inside. Great thanks and kudos to Dereck for showing me how to use the stand, airing my tires, providing a part, changing the seat; then helping me load it into the car! Great service!

Spoke with Derrick twice before driving 2.5 hours to pickup my Roscoe 7. He was straight forward, informative, and quite helpful. I wish the Store was closer I would use them for all of my needs. Great experience !!!!
I almost never write a review of a product or service, I just simply choose not to buy or use the product again. But the blatant disrespect shown by a representative of The Bike Store was so unnerving I am compelled to "relieve" myself of the angry feelings I have. I walked into the store just ahead of another customer, at the counter one younger representative was on a call and one older rep was in the rear repair area. My boyfriend and I went to The Bike Store today to look at some mountain bikes. We had absolutely no idea what we were looking for and the man who helped us answered every question we had and took the time to explain every single detail to us. I came to this store worried that I would get the wrong bike but the staff here is so knowledgeable. We left happy and excited customers.
