Worst customer service experience. I called up to enquire if they had any e-bikes. Lady was rude when o asked if they were charged and ready to go. I wanted to buy one today. Went into shop as the price range she gave me was in my budget. She apologised for being rude. I was show.n some evokes and said o didn’t want a cross bar so she asked a man out the back of they had any. This is where there problem began. Absolute disgusting customer service. Just Went in with the intention of buying 2 new bikes for kids. My son gently hopped on one bike we were looking at buying to see if it was the right size, he was promptly told to "get off", which he did straight away and said sorry (even though I don't believe he should have had to). Friendly and helpful staff with a variety of bikes and accessories
I hired an electric bike for a day in yamba. Yamba is mostly flat except near the water and boy was I grateful for the electric part going up that hill. Service was great. Highly recommend!
