Very helpful and nice team
Went in to ask some advice which would have led to me paying for their services as I would use the advice to know exactly what I needed done however I was greeted by this disgruntled mechanic which brushed me off claiming I would have to pay for his advice per hour and he couldn't help me otherwise. Seems as though he doesn't understand customer service and how that can lead to further business. Loads of other bike shops out there people, avoid this one unless you are willing to pay.
If you are looking for quality equipment that don't cost too much, come visit this place and you'll surely be delighted with what you will get.
