Just saw how many other people have had the same service as me, so I'm lodging something to fair trading. In general, I got ripped off and the customer service is worse than I could have expected... I had taken in my road bike for a service ($89) and a rear deralier ($139). The guy in the shop had detailed that they will "install the rear deralier, clean it up, tighten the bolts and do a general service including greasing up the chain". treated like an idiot, poor communication. Pulling my bike out of there finished or not due to pure frustration of this place. Never again wish I read these reviews before I took my bike there.
