These guys are great! Helped me in a pinch when I needed a Co2 cartridge and also let me use their floor pump. Only bike shop around that part of Hollywood open on a Saturday at 9am. Cheers!
Came in looking for a basket and water bottle holder. I was not greeted despite there being no other customers in the store and there being two associates there just sitting doing nothing. Left to go to a cheaper store with better customer service.
Had a fantastic experience at Bike Shop LA with a recent walk-in tune-up for my Gazelle e-Bike. Staff was super kind and clear. The technician, Jeremy was incredibly helpful and patient with my questions. Happy to give them more business.
