The hard goods are reasonably priced and the location is good. The services are grossly overpriced. The customer service is abrasive at best. The owner is obstinate and unable to level with the customer. One employee from the 4 or 5 times I’ve interacted with anyone from the shop has been nice (I wish I got her name, shoutout whoever you are). These guys are great! Helped me in a pinch when I needed a Co2 cartridge and also let me use their floor pump. Only bike shop around that part of Hollywood open on a Saturday at 9am. Cheers!
