Don’t bother with this amateur. He’s 100% useless and rude. I had a creaking and clicking crank on my brand new single speed 26” Haro BMX, and needed it looking at, and explained that when I dropped it off. When I went to pick up my bike he’d loosened my chain and the brake, so much so that it no longer worked. After I’d tightened the brake with the shop’s Park Tool, I took it for a ride and it still had the same problem, a crank that was creaking a clicking. The hard goods are reasonably priced and the location is good. The services are grossly overpriced. The customer service is abrasive at best. The owner is obstinate and unable to level with the customer. One employee from the 4 or 5 times I’ve interacted with anyone from the shop has been nice (I wish I got her name, shoutout whoever you are).
