Joe and his team are a stellar group that provide some of the best customer service and work. I had some issues with a rear break and they were able to take care of it. They know how to keep business and keep their customers happy. Planning to come back in the future.

Best bike shop in Bentonville guy knows everything about your bike or as in my case my scooters brakes very helpful and great pricing if you need your bike fixed I would 1000/10 recommend this place
Big thanks to Bike Shop Joe’s! Rolled into Bentonville from Houston with a crank, pedals, and chainring that got shaken loose on the drive up. Joe got everything sorted out fast and even fixed something on my other bike while I was there. Super friendly, helpful, and just a solid local shop. Appreciate you guys!
