We ordered a bike directly from Aventon and they unfortunately sent us the wrong sized frame. They reached out to Bike Shop Joe’s and worked out a swap for us. They assembled our new bike for us and made the exchange really painless, especially when they didn’t need to do that since we didn’t purchase from them directly. Kudos to Aventon for making it right and Bike Shop Joes for helping us out!
Hands down the best bike shop in town! I was looking to purchase an e-bike through the rebate program and worked with Jorge. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process, making everything seamless from start to finish. Best bike shop in NWA. I’ve taken in all of my bikes for maintenance and component installations. Staff is knowledgeable and quick to offer cost effective solutions.
