Finally Found Bike shop that is very good in all ways customer care and affordable 💯☺
Extremely knowledgeable, personable, and reasonably priced.: Update: Just had Bikeshop Joe do some maintenance on my wife's and my 2 old (3-4 years) mid-level commuter ebikes. Needless to say, they had some "deferred maintenance" on both of them that needed to be done. I'd swear they now ride better than when they were brand new. Can't thank Joe and his team enough for the quality of work, their attention to detail, and their customer service!
Needed a few accessories for my bike and really appreciated the thoughtful recommendations from the Joe's team. They were also very patient with my 5 year old's questions.
Completely rude and disrespectful. Customers should receive the same respectful customer service regardless of if they’re purchasing an expensive e-bike or a cheaper apparel item.
