The Fittoo pram is simpky the best thing i have purchased for my pooch in years. Boots is an almost 15yr old lab x and now with her Fittoo we can enjoy long walks and explorations with each other again. It even fits our shopping in or picnic goodies. I love in the country and have found it great for the off road walks and all the hills. The customer service of the team at the factory was also exceptional for assisting in all my queries. Thanks for making mine and Boots life so much better!

I purchased two mountain bikes here and my experience started off well with Dan, who was easygoing and helpful. He let us take the bikes for a test ride and gave us a fair deal, including discounts on helmets and accessories. Unfortunately, the good experience ended there. When I returned to pick up the bikes, I dealt with the owner Ivan, who was extremely unpleasant. It was pouring rain, and he refused to help install the bike rack or provide any guidance. I highly recommend this business. I had a problem with my order when it arrived so I contacted Ivan... He was very understanding and replaced the faulty product with a brand new one... just 2 days later! I would definitely purchase from him again!
