Called in on busy Monday to have a rusty chain replaced, and was advised to bring in the bike asap. Jack the owner explained the best product for salt air environment. He suggested might be ready Tuesday morning. I received a text two hours later to pickup my bike. First class service: underpromise and over deliver. Best small business I have patronized In years!
Bought 2 townies---spent thousands there---went in for a part for my sons bike and was treated like dirt--after speaking with me for about 30 seconds I was dismissed by an exceedingly arrogant and pretentious young man, who, after dismissing me, went over to one of his chums and started laughing at my situation. Don’t go here for repairs. Dropped off 2 bikes and asked to do what it takes to get them running. Next morning, both had flat tires. When I called to tell them, the guy was rude and defensive immediately. Took to the shop down the street and they told me they never should have even tried to repair with how rusted spokes were. Wasted 100 bucks.

We went to store to buy a power cord my husband misplaced on our trip to Florida. The gentleman working said this cord will work for your USB port. He never charged him said you can have this one. The shop was very clean. Would buy any bike orassessories here. Please give him businesss if in need of a bike. Humanity at it’s finest. Thanks.
