Have used this shop a few times. Great service and prices.
All the positive reviews I’ve read are spot on. These guys are great people and they do great work. They put my bike together a month ago and I haven’t had to take it back for anything. There was a 3rd party lock issue I had today and they resolved it instantly on my first contact regarding the problem. I can’t say enough about The Bike Shop. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
Needed new pedals. Put them right on and at a reasonable price.
Horrible customer service. Needed help and the guy was very sarcastic and gave me trouble. Didn’t get the help I needed. I wouldn’t be going back there.
Visited the shop on 7/19 Shaun greeted me and assisted my purchase. Also he was kind enough to write down numerous Mt. Bike parks nearby thanks Shaun Excellent Customer Service
