My old beloved bike needed a new kickstand. The gentleman talked me through what I needed and how to install it when I got home to my bike. The courtesy and time spent with me sets the bike shop apart from most other retail experiences I have had. Thanks Bike Shop! I’ll be back.
Got the GT hardtail for a couple hours out in Pocahontas and had no complaints. They let you pay by the hour for up to 5 hours so it was very affordable. 10/10 would do again
