I was having issues with my Merida Speeder, specifically the brakes. Ben’s communication, service and professionalism was simply outstanding. If you’re having issues with your bike, I would definitely recommend checking out Bike Shack. Not to mention he’s also a genuine and friendly bloke too! Great work mate.

Ben serviced by 10-year old mountain bike. It's now as good as new, so I'm delighted! Ben's style is VERY casual and informal and he works from his garage, which I really didn't expect, so if you're looking for personal service rather than the traditional in-store experience Bike Shack could be a great choice.
Brought a secondhand bike rode it and it was ok. Ben serviced it with a new chain omg what a difference. Highly recommend Bike Shack
