I took a bike here I bought to get looked at and in doing so stumbled across possibly the best bike shop in the area. John, Tim and Marcus were a great team. Young Marcus took my call initially and had clearly been trained well in customer service . John who looked at my bike was exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful.
