Called at 1pm on Saturday to make a booking to have two new tubeless tyres fitted. Expected it to take a week. John said bring the bike in and I’ll do it on the spot. True to his word he did just that whilst also providing great customer service to other walk ins. Now my go to. And I’m an ex pro cyclist…….
Best bike store in Sydney, so helpful, any issues with my bike it gets fixed straight away when I bring it in. Only bike store I go to, and will stay like that.
Excellent service! John sorted out my bike issues easily. I called on a Saturday, 20 minutes before their closing time, expecting to book in a service sometime during the week. I had just purchased a new bike and was unsure on the assembly and tuning process. John said he was happy to look at my bike straight away, even after closing time, and within 30 minutes my bike was fixed, tuned up and ready to ride. Took my nephew's bike here for a service. John was very informative and had great advice and options regarding tyres for my nephew's bike. He was great with communication, updating me with the progress of the service and when the tyres would arrive as they needed to be ordered in. My nephew's exact words "Uncle it's like a new bike" I would highly recommend John, he is a great guy, very knowledgeable, 10/10 bike service. I had a long overdue tune up to my road bike. Included servicing the chain and bearings, plus new handle bar tape and tyres. The bike now runs smoother than when it was new.
