I left my bike with this repairer for a month while I was away. They were supposed to replace the drivetrain, brakes and hubs while I was away. It was agreed that this would be done, and I would be emailed a quote. The quote was never provided. Towards the end of the month, I had not received the quote, so I had to chase them up. How he speaks towards foreigners is unacceptable. He might be good at his job but how he communicates with foreigners is the worst of a kind. I am not registered customer. The treatment of foreign clients is very poor, and the quality of service is low; the staff's behavior and attitude are terrible, and the service is expensive.
Friendly and well stocked.
John was very nice the entire time. He saved me 20 dollars and when I picked up the bike he even gave me a free pad spacer!
