Horrible. Don’t even want to go into detail about how the worker didn’t care. Sold me a wrong size bike and said it was a good size for me but it could’ve cause horrible back issues. Then he allowed me to trade it since it was expense and it had scratches ! And I payed more when I could’ve ordered the Ike for cheaper! They don’t care at all. Don’t recommend
All Sales Final?!! BUYER BEWARE. The reviews here cannot be real. Here's the simple story: I bought an electric bike from these guys. After 10 miles -- TEN MILES -- it wouldn't start. Yes, the battery is fully charged, etc. "Sorry, all sales are final," is what I was told. Really? Where was that posted in your shop? Nowhere.
