I'm homeless and needed a repair for my moped so I could keep doordashing I contacted them in the morning time and it took them all day to call me back I asked him if you'd be able to help me out with a bad Schrader valve. He said yes but they only help people in need. I don't know if it's because my name was a male name or a white name, but he didn't even bother to ask my situation. The staff was exceptionally kind, helpful, and patient. They let me test a variety of bikes and let me change the saddle on the bike I purchased ($200) for no charge. Most of their bikes range from $100 to $400 (though most were under $225), and proceeds go to refurbishing children's bikes for donation. They prefer cash, and also accept Venmo.

If you're looking for a discounted high-end bike and exceptional customer service, look no further! I know zero about bikes and the owners took nearly the entire morning to patiently explain gears, sizing, seats, tires, all of it. I was allowed to test ride several bikes and when I found the winner, they helped me load it into the car. The bike I chose would have been over $1,000 new and I spent $250. It was newly refurbished by the shop. Great deal and great experience!
