I've been taking my bikes (road/mountain/gravel/ebike) to bike rehab for ~10 years and they've always been great! The quality of service is excellent, the staff are incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, and they give honest advice on what does and doesn't need replacing. They also have given sound advice on what components to upgrade to/replace with, even if its not purchasing from them and/or not buying the top of the line version etc.. (No unnecessary up-selling!) Took my bike down to bike rehab with a problem.l left it with the guy's to find the fault.They quickly got back in touch telling me what I needed to have it repaired and the cost.Under no pressure I told them to carry out the repair which they did the same day. These guys were excellent from start to finish and wouldn't hesitate using bike rehab again.

Excellent same day service available for a bike check and tune up. They provided me with a list of suggested repairs with clear costs outlined but no pressure to go ahead with any of it. They were helpful at explaining which issues were more of a priority and assessing next steps. Would definitely recommend for any bike repairs!

I recently left my bike for a check over tune up and I'm really impressed with the thorough details if their service. Not only is it useful too know about your own bike you could use it to sell a bike. They were polite and friendly over the phone and in person. Will definitely be using them again and again
