I would give them Zero stars if I could, terrible customer service! After purchasing three bikes from them, I am moving on.
Worst customer service ever. The older guy JJ should not work with customers. They were really quick to take my cash. Really hard to get my refund, even after I had 3 issues with 2 brand new bikes. He blamed the mechanics, over all it was the worst experience ever. I tried to keep the business local. I would rather spend my money else where. At the end of it all, he couldn't do the math and was trying to rip me off several hundred dollars. I took 2 different bikes home and the wheels weren't true. The bikes were hard to ride... read more
