Awesome bike shop. Suffered a bike carrier mishap in Truro on the way to a ride in Tatamagouche. Checked in with the Bike Monkey and they had my wheel straightened, bike tuned and on my way promptly. Great work, friendly and professional. I really appreciated the effort to repair the bike rather than just replace parts...great pragmatic service that saved me some coin! I will certainly return to the bike shop for my biking needs. Nice to see a shop that cares..well done!
Excellent customer service and repairs. They go above and beyond to help their customers. Estimate for repair time was accurate and reasonable for all the work they did.
Great all around bike shop! Staff is always knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Highly recommend them to anyone need anything bike related!
Everything you need in a bike shop. Great people. Knowledgeable and helpful. Jeff and his crew always make you feel welcome.
We were visiting Truro for 2 days with plans to do some mountain biking at the Railyard. However, we had some tire and brake problems. They were pretty busy but Jeff made time for us and fixed us up so we could get out and enjoy the trails. Without his help we would not have been able to do any mountain biking in Turo. Thanks!
