Great service & friendly helpful staff at Bike Matters! Highly recommend!
Excellent mechanics - quality work done promptly, with timely communication and good prices
Jake is amazing. We've had multiple bikes serviced there, new tyres fitted, shocks rebuilt etc and everything has been done quickly with no problems afterwards. Can't recommend enough!
My mtb had some movement in the axle/swingarm interface, even when the through axle was tightly done up. I suspected a worn or dodgy bearing, but Tom spotted the cause within seconds (axle was bottoming out on the threaded nut on swingarm). He rummaged through his spares box and found a small spacer which did the job perfectly . All fixed in 5 minutes for no charge. Thanks Tom, great service! 👍👏
Excellent prompt service by experienced mechanic , Highly recommend .
