Friendly staff, competent mechanics, great service
Super friendly staff, very helpful. Went in looking for a bike box, got a bike box, very pleasant experience, would definitely go in again.
Mineral oil all over my bike, I dropped it off and a week later they said they couldn’t fix it and instead of anything being fixed my brakes were even worse then before and there was oil all over my bike, the lever, the line, the wires, both reservoirs were left open with the hoses dangling I would NEVER come back for anything again
I have taken my mountain bike here for a couple of years now. They provide friendly, excellent service. Many times they have been able to make minor adjustments/repairs and have me back on the trail the same day.
