Wonderful service from Dale who has been great in getting me set up on a new bike. As as older rider who is just getting back into riding after several decades, his assistance has been extremely helpful.
Dale took my past foot injury into consideration and went the extra mile to make sure my shoe purchase was going to work for me. He even installed my cleats and take a bike for a spin so I could see how the shoes felt,
My wife and I had tried a few different local shops but didn’t have a great experience at any. Decided to come in as our last stop for the day and were completely blown away by how welcoming the staff was. They not only helped us get the bikes for our use case, but took over 1.5hours getting us fitted to our new bikes. As complete beginners, we had no clue the experience could be this good. If you’re on the fence, don’t hesitate go in. Warren, Dale, and Jacob will take care of you!
Excellent customer service. Took the bike in for a valve stem replacement and they knocked it out for me in minutes. Great feel from the staff
