This company always treats me with fairness and honesty. I don’t even question them about their advice at this point. If they say this is what my bike needs and this is how much it will cost…done. You will be blown away by their service.
I’m disappointed with this store. I prefer shopping in person to support them instead of buying online, but my recent experience was frustrating. I bought a pair of road bike shoes, and the store assistant recommended cleats to go with them. However, they turned out to be the wrong ones, and during a turn, they came off, causing me to have a bad fall. As a result, I got injured, and my bike was also damaged. Bike Mart McKinney – Stonebridge is my go-to bike shop if I’m in the market for either a new bike, equipment or any type of service. Over the years I have purchased four (4) bikes from Bike Mart, two mountain and two road bikes. My most recent road bike purchase was at the Bike Mart – Stonebridge location.
