I brought my wife's bicycle in because of brake rubbing on front rim. The repair counter person diagnosed the issue and gave me an exact quote for the repair. The technician completed the work a day ahead of the scheduled delivery date. My wife is happy, I am happy. Will return back if additional services are necessary.
