BikeMart always provides excellent service. I have visited them a few times, and they have always been good.
Jimmy spent so much time helping my son learn the ins and out of his new mtb, taught him how to change the pedals, and how to properly use the lock out. A week later, another associate showed up before opening to set us up with a last minute bike rack rental after the one we ordered didn’t arrive in time for our out of town trip. I visited the Bike Mart in McKinney. We were looking for two bikes for my two kids. I was quickly greeted by Dave who offered help measuring the kids and providing his knowledge on which bikes would work best. Once we chose two, they took the bikes to the back to ensure everything was working properly. At no point did it feel like they were pushing me to buy. Great experience!
It was an awesome experience purchasing a bike from here. Everyone was super nice and helpful. I did not feel rushed or pressured into spending more than I felt comfortable. I could tell that everyone I interacted with was both passionate about bikes and sharing knowledge. I would not hesitate to recommend Bike Mart to everyone!
