Very poor customer service – Unfortunately, I have to rate this local bike store as VERY poor. I have given them my business for the last six months (since I got into cycling) but will do so no longer. I recently tried to return a part that had been special ordered. I didn't actually approve that it BE special ordered (just thought it was out of stock) but when I tried to return it, I was told they could not take it back. great experience – I found the staff at RBM to be extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I was working within a strict budget, and they helped me figure out the best bike for my needs, and I love it! I wouldn't hesitate to send any of my friends there.
