Top notch service from these guys. 2 days before Xmas, dealing with drama from a shop fire but Keelan still managed to get bikes to me in record time at a great price, well worth the drive from Auckland. My new favourite bike shop!

My gear cables needed replacing quickly after damaging them at Whakarewareua Forest. Hadyn was able fix them the next day which was wonderful. A few days later we needed seized pedals removed for transport, and again Bike Lab were brilliant and so helpful. Can’t recommend these guys highly enough.
