Brilliant service from Lee who went above and beyond his line of duty to get a battery for my e-bike for my holiday . Repeated phone calls to the supplier , overnight deliveries , stayed late on his half day . Superb service.
Bike It are absolutely wheelie good. No matter how busy the shop is, they still give you the proper attention, explain everything clearly, and keep things running smoother than a freshly oiled chain. They always go the extra mile whether it’s tracking down that mystery rattle or making sure you actually understand what they’ve done (without using too much bike-geek jargon). Big thanks again for the help with my derailleur issue. You guys are spokes-tacular. 🚴♂️
