These guys are fantastic. Firstly dropped everything to help with a broken derailleur when I was passing through Dunedin, and kept me in the loop as to what they could do and costs. I bought a Knog alarm for a mate when I picked up the bike and got home a few weeks later and couldn't find it. Best bike shop ever! I had crossed the threads on my pedals and they immediately sorted it so I could ride the Otago Rail Trail the next day! So grateful - wouldn’t get service like that from an Australian bike shop!
These guys are super friendly and so helpful. Had to get a brake bleed the day before the Ōtepoti enduro and I was helped out right away. Also was given a delicious flat white! Thanks guys! Lovely shop too, plenty to choose from.
