Best place for bikers, excellent affordable prices and repairs that last. All this with friendly nice costumer service from Carlos and his crew. I live in Astoria but i will definetely take my bike to them in Manhattan just because i am sure they will get the job done for good ;-)
They take care of ur bike like their own, very reasonable price to fix ur bike & do it very quick unless they are super busy.
Had a flat rear tire, walked in and they had me fixed up and good to go in about 15mins. Also fixed the clicking noise my gears were making. Friendly, reasonably priced, and fast. Will definitely come here again.
My vintage Raleigh 3 Speed has had trouble with the gears since I bought it in March. My Bike Heaven is close to my work, so I figured I'd try them out. What a pleasant surprise! The mechanics were very friendly when assessed my problem and gave and gave me an estimate. Turns out that they didn't have the freewheel that would fit my bike in stock, but the adjustment they gave me (for less than $7!!!) solved all my problems.
