Big shoutout to James and the team at the South Melbourne store! I was looking to buy the new 2026 Focus Atlas 8.9 (size medium), but it was on backorder with a wait time of months. James went above and beyond to track one down and had it in-store for me within just two weeks. Such a great shop and an awesome bunch of guys. Highly recommend!
These guys are fantastic! Really know their stuff. I have been having ongoing issues with my crank, had multiple services with other bike stores to no avail. Dropped into this store on Saturday morning and the team were able to fix it in 10min (an issue I’ve been having for months). Very thankful for their help and the coffee while I waited 🙏 thanks team
Huge thanks to the team at Bike Gallery! Super knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. I popped in today before my 70.3 race in Melbourne tomorrow after being told I might not be able to race with my disc wheel. The guys jumped straight in to help me out and even lent me a wheel to get me sorted. Absolute legends — really saved my bacon! Such a great shop and a genuinely awesome bunch of guys.
