Everything about my experience with Bike Friday was positive, from Walter, who patiently worked with me to get exactly what I wanted, to the kitter who explained an unavoidable delay in a part, to the builders, to the mechanic who helped me at pickup. I have one of the new Bosch-based All-Day e-bikes. It's just a beautiful piece of engineering and almost as nimble as my old BMX bikes in the 90s.
