Everything about my experience with Bike Friday was positive, from Walter, who patiently worked with me to get exactly what I wanted, to the kitter who explained an unavoidable delay in a part, to the builders, to the mechanic who helped me at pickup. I have one of the new Bosch-based All-Day e-bikes. It's just a beautiful piece of engineering and almost as nimble as my old BMX bikes in the 90s. My All-Packa has arrived in Abu Dhabi. My expectations have been exceeded. I absolutely love this bike. Walter set me up nicely and made sure the bike was built to spec. His expertise and suggestions reference the sizing was spot on. I swear this bike is as comfortable to ride as my Colnago C64 (that was professionally fitted). The All-Packa is very solid.
