took the bike in for a small repair, service was generally terrible. was going to buy a new road bike saddle whilst I was waiting - prices were high but thought i'd support bricks and mortor retail as I'm told they are doing it tough. put the saddle back ... will get it on line after all
Pretty poor customer service. Went there with my brother to get our bikes serviced and the guy was disinterested in us, and then spoke down to us and insisted that it would be cheaper to throw my bike away and buy a new one rather than repairing it. Needless to say if I do buy one it's not gonna be from here.
Bought a brand new bike from these guys. Took it in for the first service after 4 weeks (free). I had broken a spoke (I didnt know) but he didnt want to ring me as he knew I was out of the country and it might cost him an international call (it doesnt, or he could have emailed/texted!). My wife went in to pick up the bike and he told her about the spoke so she gave him the go ahead to fix it. I returned late the next day and it still wasnt done.
