I found this bike store to be excellent in all aspects of providing good old fashioned service. Staff know their products extremely well and have found them to be honest and able to give best advice with all of my road bike problems. I have no complaints. Bike servicing is right up there with best in town.
Couldn’t even take a tyre off. Went in with a popped tube and the man said he couldn’t get my tyre off. He said it would be $40 to change a tube which is already twice the price of anywhere else. Ended up walking the bike to another store to have them take the tyre off and change the tube in a matter of minutes.
Huey helped me choose a BMC frame and built the bike using my existing parts from my previous bike. Highly professional, used my existing measurements from my physiotherapist and built the bike to fit! Nice work!
I bought a brand new Bianchi Oltre Road Bike from Bike Force Docklands. It was a great experience in terms of bike fit, bike quality and price. If you want to buy a Bianchi and see all that Bianchi have on offer, this is a great shop to do it with. Even if you just want some eye candy and a browse, the mechanic is also quite knowledgeable and good to chat with for advice.
I cannot speak highly enough about Bike Force Docklands. Their product line and customer service are really excellent. I just bought my new road bike from BF Docklands, and apart from getting a very good deal, they also demonstrated their knowledge and expertise which left me feeling very confident about my purchase. I will definitely be continuing to use their servicing facility too. Highly recommended.
