Recently arrived in Wa, wanted to find a bike store that i could continue to use, after some research i decided to go ahead with these guys and booked my bike in to be serviced, they were really welcoming on arrival and did a great job with the bike, price also seemed very fair, i did have a small issue a few days later ( no fault of theres ) but they still asked me to bring it back in and they sorted the issue for me with no extra charge, ready for the Dwellingup 100 the day after. Drove from Fremantle to this store just because of the service. Would do again. Austin was my point of contact through the store and he did a great job. Had an issue with my Reacto road bike and he did the research and managed to find me a solution before I had time to stress about it. Thanks Austin!
Staff were super helpful and friendly. They were also knowledgeable and helpful for finding the right parts for my bike. Today was my first time shopping at bike force but I will definitely be returning, thank you heaps
Ordered a part from Clarkson (online) on a Monday night and had it delivered to Brisbane a week later. Item was well packed (considering how small it was...) - no issues at all. Will order again from them as their price was great compared to all other sellers.
