John @ Bike Fix couldn’t have been more helpful and obliging when I asked him to inspect a bike I was thinking of buying. He also serviced it. Clearly, he knows his stuff – on a high end mountain bike – and is really well priced. And yes, I bought the bike - it’s fantastic. Thank you John.
Found out I had a flat tire this morning and they came out within 3hrs of me messaging. Fair price, a job well done and reliable. Fixed my front brakes a little and pumped the other tire. The journey home from work had never felt so secure. Thank you, I’ll definitely come to you again and i highly recommend.
