Wow what a great experience we had at this locally owned bike shop. Nate helped to fit us with high quality gravel and mtb bikes and took lots of time to describe the best local gravel routes for us out of towners. Very knowledgeable and kind. Highly recommend.
Awesome shop. We rented three different bikes from them for all sorts of fun. Great bikes and some really good recommendations on where to ride that paid off. Nate and Daniel provide expert tech along with Mike the owner. I highly recommend Fiend.
I have nothing but great things to say about this shop. I called them before I visited Moab and they answered all of my questions about where to go and what to do. My 13 year old and I decided to ride the trails out at Dead Horse Point since we are novices, and the employee (sorry I didn’t get your name) filled me in on all the other great and similar rides. Visited Moab with my parents in October, and the day we arrived, we decided we each wanted to rent an Ebike to go exploring for a few hours. Bike Fiend was super accommodating, they were able to get us set up with bikes in a matter of 15 or so minutes, and we were able to explore the Colorado River and surrounding area for a few hours. We had also never ridden Ebikes before, the bald gentleman inside was able to teach us quickly how to use them and how to stay safe. The staff and communication were superb! Ben guided us on a fantastic trail that was an appropriate level of difficulty. They contacted us the night before to discuss our abilities, needs for the day, and if we had any concerns or questions. We felt very prepared going into the ride. The quality of the rental bikes was amazing, and we felt confident we were in good hands. Can't recommend them enough to all levels of riders. They are located in a convenient location and provided access to and from the trail.
