When I say this bike shop goes above and beyond, I mean it! My friend and I rented bikes for Moab Fondo Fest, and the night before we found that the pedals were not compatible (totally on us for not verifying). Mike came out all the way to start line and fixed the issue for us before the race started! Mike also helped us out on after hours pick up and answered any questions on the course or cycling in Moab in general. We had a great time and this shop made Moab into one of our trip highlights. Awesome shop. We rented three different bikes from them for all sorts of fun. Great bikes and some really good recommendations on where to ride that paid off. Nate and Daniel provide expert tech along with Mike the owner. I highly recommend Fiend.
They took care of the multiple repairs that I needed, within just a few short hours, and they weren't simple repairs. Nate was awesome! quick, knowledgeable, and my nine year old cannonade lefty rides as good as it did when it was brand new. This is a great bike shop where people know what they are talking about.
