Brought some Tifosi Lens Adapters online from these guys beginning of March. It's now May ,no tracking ,no parcel. Have emailed them several times and lodged a dispute form but no response . Not how business should be done.

I bought something from them on eBay. When i asked when they'd ship they refunded my money. At least it shows they're honest. However the item is still on eBay so someone else could have the same problem. They have a "temporarily closed" sign and their phone seems disconnected. I've got a feeling they either have financial or personal difficulties and aren't trading. So until they resolve their issues avoid them.

Ordered something from them in December. It is now the end of February and I have had no contact and no product whatsoever. Multiple emails and phone calls to a line that was not answered (and good luck finding the email). Once got the mechanic on the phone who went to get someone to talk, then came back promising a call back, and nothing. They have my money while I have nothing, and they seem fine with that.

The best place ever to have your bike or bikes looked after professionally. Now, that I do not even live n Melbourne any longer, I often wish the team was closer. Thank you guys for all, Ivana.
