Since we opened in 1997, we've been helping families choose the right bike for every member. Our selection of mountain and commuter bikes will make it easy to find one that'll take you wherever you need to go. If you need a bike shop in Charlottesville, this is the place! The entire staff, especially the owner Mark and Sheila are knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. This bike shop appeals to all types of bikers as it carries various types of gear, products and bikes. I'm a recreational rider and commuter and was so impressed with the range of products at the store. Also important to me is to shop local and support locals. Bike Factory delivers in all aspects and is exactly what one would want from a local bike shop.
I work for a back doc. I came in to get my bike and they actually measured to make sure the bike fit me correctly, added all my swag I wanted, completely custom, and then installed my bike rack and loaded it for me no extra fee. I love, love, love this place and the feel of the staff and it was well worth the drive from RVA to Charlottesville!!!!
