Cory was super helpful hands down. I had a long list of wants and he walked me through options and did a great job balancing 3 energetic kids excited about getting a new bike. We did some test rides and he even helped me get a new bike rack and showed me load it. I plan on coming back soon to get a new bike for myself.
Had some issues with initial service and changes performed on my wife and I's E bikes. Dan listened to the issues and made sure everything was addressed and that we were completely satisfied. Thank you again Dan for all your help! That's the kind of service and attention to detail that has earned my future business. The Bel Air team were super helpful in getting my bike back on the road. I’d initially taken it on without an appointment for a pedal mounting issue and ended up replacing my road tires for something more gravel appropriate. I was in and out in 45 minutes and riding the next day. I’ll definitely be back when I need further upgrades or repairs.
