I had a wonderful experience at bike depot Pickering. Patrick did an amazing job helping me. Choose all I needed to get ready for this spring. Andrew was really patient in ensuring the fit was spot on. Today was my first bike Ride and I am very appreciative of how it went. Thank you team.

Me and my husband went to this bike depot at Brock Road, Pickering last Saturday on October 26, 2024 just to enquire or just to window shop kind of for bikes. We end up buying 2 bikes with almost all the accessories needed. Andrew, one of the employees is so friendly, so helpful, and so knowledgeable of bikes and recommended with honesty what bike suits us. I have a big family and all of us are bike riders. Came on October 28 to look at the bike. Guys that worked there have no idea about costumer service or much about bikes. They should be selling donuts at a coffee shop not high end mountain bikes.
