I recently purchased a bike from Bike Depot and couldn't be happier. From the initial browsing and advice Arif provided to the final fitting, the service was excellent. IThe Specialized road bike feels incredible, and it’s clear their bike technicians ( Andrew , Ted And Patrick ) knows what they’re doing. They also helped me choose some of the components and accessories at a competitive price point . It’s great to have a local shop that’s this reliable. I’ll definitely be back for my tune-ups and future upgrades
I visited BD Pickering on a Saturday.. The day before I went to another shop, supposedly the biggest in Ontario and couldn't find anything, mainly because of lack of customer service. But then when I got into BD, the gentleman working at the front desk, left everything he was doing to assist me.. after a series of questions he had an option to show me.
