Recently purchased a couple Specialized ebikes and an S-Works Ebike as well. One bike I assisted my mother with purchasing we found a great bike for Her. The bike is a game changer going up hill and its comfortable to ride without using much energy to cross long distances. I got a great deal on my bikes both I am happy with. Andrew did an amazing job with my bike fitting, so thorough, knowledgeable and very patient to get me my right fit!! Highly recommend his services!! Terrible customer service. My husband was looking for a new bike and received a written deal for a Giant model with specific specs. On the day we went to pick it up, we also decided to buy a bike for me. After trying several options, I finally chose one. All seemed good--until they brought out my husband's bike, which turned out to have completely different specs than what was originally offered.
