Unfortunately the staff were not very friendly or helpful, I went in for the first time and while they greeted me at the door there were no attempts to offer assistance, when I asked a question regarding availability of security bolts and nuts for a bolt on axel I was directed to the quick release and told they are the same. Unfortunately the staff did not seem well informed regarding even common bike components and needs
I bought brake pads for my bike, I got home go to install them and there’s only 1 pad in the box. This isn’t the first time I’ve had a bad experience from this shop
Agreeing with the recent reviews that the staff there couldn’t care less about customer service. Was disappointed with the treatment and service
This is no longer Bay Cycle so don’t be confused. All the old staff is gone and the new owners couldn’t care less about customer service. Highly recommend looking around for a different shop.
