Mike solved problem with height of seat post that had restricted my riding. Very happy with solution. Great outcome- thankyou
Had two rear fox shocks serviced. Good comms to fit it in and get them returned. One had a leak in the valve and didn't hold air after the service. Returned, sorted and couriered back no problems.
Mike was very helpful and knowledgeable, and made extra effort to accommodate us in a stressful time frame before a race. Best bike workshop experience!
By chance I dropped in with a repair query, and after hearing my issue, Rob decided they could fit my repair in before the weekend, despite being stacked for the week. I was unfortunately on a bit of a budget, so the bike didn't quite get the birthday it deserved, but they did a lot for the fee I was charged, and got me going for a bit longer until I can manage a full do-over. Both Rob and Mike are very experienced, and I was very happy with their service, price, and turnaround.
Awesome experience! They went out of their way to help me find a spare part and keep riding even though I’m not a regular. THANK YOU! And a beautiful shop too :)
