We were absolutely wowed from the moment we pulled up in front of Bike Crazy. This is a wonderful, hometown, REAL bike shop where the owners & staff work with each customer to support their individual & unique interest in cycling. From little scooters & bikes for kids all the way up to high-end racing bikes, there is a huge variety to experience. I have purchased many bike parts, tools and accessories here over the years, and more recently a used recumbent bike. Everything has been top quality, and every interaction with the staff has been awesome - they take whatever time you need to explain the products they carry and make recommendations. Highly recommend!
Beware….they do NO refunds under NO circumstances…even unopened, unused and sentenced to jail. No compassion. Our son spent over $500 w them and had no idea that his crazy x would have him thrown in jail. We found the unopened items in his car and asked for a refund so he can pay his child support for his 5 kids, they told us they offer NO refunds under any circumstance and that it is not their fault our son doesn’t need the items or is in jail.
