I was looking at an electric bike and I was asking my buddy what a button does and we didn’t touch it and this lady started to act very rude and told us it was a 5000 dollar bike and to not go near it I was looking to purchase it but not anymore and I said okay then I was still looking and she then proceeded to say to not touch ANYTHING in the store very disheartening because I have heard good things about this establishment would not go here EVER again.
Have just started getting into biking and really appreciate the service that I have received. They have helped with everything I needed. They will not trying to upsell you. He included including extra discounts incredibly honestly people. So glad to have a quality bike shop so nearby.
