6/13/2011- Prior to visiting this store, I took my daughter's bike to one of or maybe even the best known bike store in Louisville. That store is in the neighborhood and I've also used them in the past. Never again!! I needed to purchase a bicycle chain and have it installed. That store was going to charge $15 for the chain + $15 labor for a 10 minute, if that, job (install a bike chain) and on top on that I would have to leave it and pick up on Wed (the 15th).
