Entire staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They serviced my bike very quickly and got me back riding
Passing through town. Had a problem with my disc brake. He was able to fix it on the spot and get me back on the road. Appreciate the service.
Pemberton is the Moab of Canada - but so much chiller. Thanks in part to this shop. They have everything you need with fair pricing, stock, and selection. Definitely worth leaving Whistler for the short drive to Pemberton - for the trails and the PBC
I got a mid-ride mechanical while riding the sea to sky trail. The mechanics at Bike Co were able to take my bike in on the spot, and quickly replaced my snapped shifter cable. I also had some pretty severe cable rub, and they placed some thick tape over the impacted area, which showed care and attention to detail. Thank you for getting me on the road again :-)
Cracked my Devinci frame and these guys along with Stef the local Devinci rep totally saved my trip setting me up with a warranty replacement within 2 days---yes 2 days!! Devinci didnt have my size frame but Stef had a new unused full bike and he let me swap all my bits over onto this bike . Thankyou again a million times for making this work.
