My very good Whistler bike store closed - probably a rent issue - shortly after I had bought 2 rather dear bikes. I was impressed to learn that a “cousin store” in Pemberton was employing many of the same employees and had kept the purchase records of our bikes! Their help and support with small warranty issues has been wonderful. This is a great shop in one of finest mountain biking locations in BC. Thanks again Andrew and Dave particularly!
I came in with a broken hub that I needed advice for. They helped me out very kindly, gave me Advice on how to repair It the best because I’m flying back to my home country very soon and they didn’t have the part. I got a bike box For my flight as well. This is how I will remember Pemberton and Canada: very nice and helpful. Thank you guys, you helped me a lot
I rolled in with brake trouble after completing the sea to sky and these guys were the best. Fit me in and fixed me up with a super reasonable price. Thanks so much.
