What a absolutely wonderful business to walk into for the first time and be so welcomed and helpful. Robert knew exactly what i needed and was even kind enough to not charge me for 2 nuts 🔩 which I required. I will definitely be using them in the future as he informed me that he can custom modify a bike or scooter to suit my son’s special needs .

We had a fantastic experience at Bike City Warehouse today while looking for tyres and other parts to repair our kids’ bikes. The staff member (lady) who assisted us was incredibly knowledgeable and gave us great advice on the right bike size for our daughter. She took the time to explain everything clearly, making sure we got exactly what we needed. On top of that, she was so kind to our kids and even gave them some free chips, which made their day! Excellent customer service and a great selection—highly recommend!
