I needed someone to receive and properly box up a used bike I bought in Launceston. Guys at Bike Central were really helpful and courteous every time I spoke to them. I'm not a returning customer so they could have treated me anyway they wanted but they went the distance, boxing it up carefully and printing and labelling the boxes for the courier to pick up. On a holiday and had developed a irritating creak. Went in early morning and were happy to squeeze me in. Left with my bike running like new that afternoon.
