☆☆☆☆ I really wanted to support Bike Central in Mermaid Beach, as it’s a well-known local shop on the Gold Coast and the owner is genuinely lovely and welcoming. Unfortunately, my experience with the bike technician was the complete opposite. The technician I dealt with was unnecessarily aggressive and dismissive in the way he spoke to me. What should have been a straightforward and enjoyable experience felt uncomfortable and confrontational. Hate to give a bad review but....I had a flat .took it in after hassling to put in my car. They said couldn't do it cause they had no room for my bike ..disappointed went to mike's bikes at Miami instead who were great ..the lady was apologetic but I wasn't happy
