Hate to give a bad review but....I had a flat .took it in after hassling to put in my car. They said couldn't do it cause they had no room for my bike ..disappointed went to mike's bikes at Miami instead who were great ..the lady was apologetic but I wasn't happy

Wow I am so utterly impressed by your store. I came in (as a backpacker from NZ) with a broken wheelchair brake which I desperately needed to fix before heading to Vietnam the following day. It was fixed within 10 mins and without any fuss. I cannot believe the kindness and generosity that was shown to me. Thank you!! Would recommend this store time and time again!!
Amanda was amazing to deal with. We called her and ordered our flight risk 303 bike through her and it arrived and was assembled by them within 2 days! Super fast delivery, amazing regular contact and communication and the most important honesty and knowledge of the e-bikes and great contacts with suppliers. I would highly recommend purchasing through her and her company rather than online. She’s fabulous. Thank you once again guys.
Hired bikes today, $35 for same day return is so great. The bikes were comfy, easy to ride and the staff were great. Thanks 🙂
