I’m so glad a friend gave me Gato’s name. I was having issues with my Kickr and it’s too heavy for me to bring to a shop; Gato made a house call and figured out what was wrong. When I went on vacation, he picked up my bikes, did an extremely thorough tuneup, and delivered them back to me promptly upon my return. He fixed issues my regular mechanic said couldn’t be fixed, and discovered lapses in previous tuneups, including a headset that had never been lubed.
