Amazing service. I am not an experienced cycler, and I went in there in the middle of a bike ride and complained about my saddle. They took one look at it and suggested I get a new one that would provide support. They were super friendly and changed the saddle for me on the spot. I asked about my tires and they said I didn't need to change them or anything: they didn't take advantage of my inexperience and overall I felt very safe and supported by the people in the shop.
