Bike by Gato has been my go-to bike shop since 2024. I first brought in my old bike for a tune-up after not using it for a while. It still worked, but I decided it was time for an upgrade—and Gato helped me every step of the way! He's incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely passionate about bikes. Amazing spot. I’ve gone to bike shops all over the city and this one is hands down the best. Great service. The people there treat your bike as their own. Prices are reasonable. Would definitely recommend.

I’m so glad a friend gave me Gato’s name. I was having issues with my Kickr and it’s too heavy for me to bring to a shop; Gato made a house call and figured out what was wrong. When I went on vacation, he picked up my bikes, did an extremely thorough tuneup, and delivered them back to me promptly upon my return. He fixed issues my regular mechanic said couldn’t be fixed, and discovered lapses in previous tuneups, including a headset that had never been lubed.
